Goal:
The main goal of EFA is to constantly improve the quality of the services provided to our clients. For this reason, we have adapted our operation to the requirements established by the quality management standard so-called UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. We have obtained the external recognition of the APPROPIATE QUALITY MANAGEMENT of our laboratory by a quality certification organisation (specifically AENOR).
Certification meaning::
TThis certification guarantees that the laboratory has stablished a series of activities to properly manage the quality of the trials carried out: the control of the involved processes by alert indicators, the establishment of the annual quality goals, the execution of quality control activities in every trial, the establishment of detection and monitoring systems of non-conformance, regular customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
Continuous improvement:
Achieving this goal, we further believe in the continuous quality improvement. Therefore, we keep on setting quality targets such as the expansion of the certification scope.
We would like to remind you that all our customers have at their disposal complaint forms and that any questions about the execution of the trials, the delivery of samples, among others, will be gladly responded by our staff. |
