FRUIT ANALYSIS


A technique to determine the following parameters has been optimized at our laboratories:



Starch determination
 

Acidity
 

Brix + Dry matter



Sample to be submitted: Each sample will comprise three fruits. The number of samples to be submitted will vary depending on the different parts which conform the area to be surveyed.

Fees

Results with the average value (± statistical error) obtained in the three fruits analyzed will be submitted by regular mail.
