The
Diputación de
Pontevedra, through the EFA, signed on December
4th a collaboration agreement with the vice-president of the
Fundación Juana
de Vega, Vicente Arias and the manager of Vilagarcía de Arousa The
Trading House Amodia, Luciano Martínez, to carry out the project
'Experiences on kiwifruit dry matter' whose aim is the study of the quality
parameters of the fruit, such as dry matter, starch, acidity and nutrients
-related to kiwifruit taste, texture and conservation-, so as to obtain a fruit
of quality to be competitive in the international
market
